Physique posting kinda nervous

I want to gain some more muscle on my lower body but depression is kicking my ass so I hadn't been eating enough

updating to include my routine since some ppl were wondering(some of my routine is kinda weird I hope this makes sense):

lower body day: hip thrusts 4 sets x 10 reps- 85 lbs, 85, 95, 100

Bulgarian split squats- 1 set of 10 reps with 50lbs. drop set 40, 20, body weight (10 reps for each)

Squats- 3 sets 10 reps- 65 lbs, 75, 85

Single leg rdls- 10 body weight reps supported, 10 bw reps unsupported, 10 reps 20lbs supported, 10 reps 20lbs unsupported

Back day: pulls up 3 sets 6ish reps. 1 set 20 reps scapula pulls

Lat raise/ overhead press combo idk 4 sets 10 reps

Single arm row quadruped position one leg up to work core. 4 sets 10 reps, 12 lbs

Rdls 4 sets 10 reps 45 lbs

That's all the lifting I do and then on the days I don't go to the gym I go hiking or do a full body Pilates/ yoga workout but hard not some easy floor workout bullshit.

Also eating healthy makes a big difference I try to prioritize protein and fiber in most of my meals
