Are these trousers too fitted for a business-casual office?

I’m building a business casual wardrobe and really like the look of these high waisted pleated trousers, but I’m wondering if they’re too fitted to be office appropriate, especially from the back. Is the fit okay, or would you size up, tailor them, or try a different cut?

What makes a thong actually comfortable for everyday wear?

Hey everyone, I’m pretty new to wearing thongs and I’m trying to figure out what actually works in real life, so I’d really appreciate some advice. I’ve been experimenting a bit but I’m still not sure what makes a thong comfortable for everyday wear vs. something that ends up being annoying after a couple hours. I’d love to know what styles, fabrics, or brands you all recommend, and how you figured out the right fit without constant adjusting.
