I’m at Oxford for a training through work and the dress code has been more on the casual side than business side. Here are my outfits through the week. As most of the time, these are primarily thrifted outfits, mostly natural fabrics.

I want to love a button down but I’m not sure this looks ok. Aside from the shirt being entirely too wrinkly (brand new, just out of the bag) what do you think about this? Tucked or untucked? I don’t think I love the white because it makes me feel like a waiter, which there is nothing wrong with, I just work in a medical/clinical setting. Any advice is appreciated!
Also this shirt is from gap and it’s very thin, slightly see through. Should I wear something under?

I'm returning to the workforce and having the hardest time finding good quality, classy, simple shell tops. I've been using this one that is from petite sophisticates, a store that closed like 20 years ago. I need to get some more. Where should I go??
