Is this dress flattering on me?

I'm 3 months post partum, and I'm having a really hard time accepting my new body, and an even harder time trying to dress it. None of my clothes fit. I went shopping at a consignment store and I got this dress because it was comfy and it hides my stomach but idk if it looks good.

I'm open to hearing suggestions on what you think would work for my body type.

Is this dress flattering on me ?

Never been a fan of a round neckline , but I love the color and print of this dress . I have no idea what shoes I could pair this with so went for the white Oasis sandal . Bag ? Jewelry ? I have no idea with the florals , I’m thinking simple gold jewelry. I don’t need it to be dressy , just for a dinner ( summer outside very simple ) but again not sure about the neckline or of it suites my body at all ? Please help

Which swimsuit looks best on me?

I think I’m either SD or FN, but I’m not sure how that would translate to swimsuits. I have a long torso and I’m tall, so I’m iffy on the purple bikini bc I think it makes my torso look longer.

Why don’t these shorts suit me?

I don’t like tight clothing so I tried these loose fitting shorts on today in the Levi’s store (#1 and #2) and I feel like they didn’t do anything for the shape of my legs. #3 are the pair I own and they look okay but they’re very snug and short so I don’t feel particularly comfortable in them, any baggy shorts recommendations for someone like me?!

How do these dresses look on me?

I always have trouble finding dresses that flatter my body, so I am curious if these dresses flatter my body?

Thoughts on these jeans?

I posted awhile ago and everyone told me to try low or mid rise jeans since I have a short torso. Well, mid rise still look high rise on me. These are the AE low rise straight leg jeans. Thoughts?? The next size up were too loose.

Can’t seem to get it right with this skirt.

I bought this skirt at the start of summer cause I love maxi dresses and skirts and I am also an autumn. But no matter how I style it I can’t seem to find a combination that works for me. I am mid size pear shaped with a luscious bum. I really feel like this skirt looks like a tent on me and emphasize my curves in all the wrong ways. I’ve tried styling it with so many different tops and always feel frumpy. Am I doing something wrong or should I just give up on this one?

4th of July outfit how did I do ?

Went out for a little cocktail ( small town ) and took the country road back ! How did i do :) too much ? I’m not in the US right now but still I wanted to be festive🥰
I ended up wearing white leather flats . You guys gave me so much compliments yesterday with my little gingham pj set so I thought I’d share this outfit too. I want to dress in red , white and blues all July as inspiration!

I thought this looked cute ?

42 year old mom of 3 teens . I wore this out ( not a crowded place ) I actually got this on the pj section but thought it was the cutest ( shirts have pockets) is it ok to wear out ? I want to wear it again :) together and separate! Is it age appropriate? I’m always doubting myself, and you guys tell it how it is :)

So is this fit ok for my body type ? Too short?? Too youthful? 🫣🫣

please help me pick my wedding dress!

so here’s the deal: my fiancé and i are getting married on a tight budget. i do NOT want a traditional wedding dress, but rather something more colorful and/or casual/my style. we will be doing a quick courthouse ceremony (with a photographer friend getting some film photos), a “just got married” photo shoot in Yosemite National Park with a professional photographer, then a big family dinner/reception to celebrate.

for the dress with purple flowers, i would have a tailor remove the excess fabric around the bust (held back with a claw clip in the photos lol). for the all white dress, i would have a tailor shorten it a few inches.

please help me decide which dress to wear (or if i should wear both, and if so, which dress to which part of the whole getting-married-timeline???). any sizing/styling/accessory recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

edit: the courthouse ceremony and the yosemite photo shoot are two days back to back, and the family dinner is 10 days after that!

Newfound love for maxi dresses as a short woman (158cm/5'2'') - feedback appreciated

All my life I've been convinced I need to avoid maxi dresses like the plague, especially those with loud prints. I don't know if my love for these types of dresses and how comfortable they are is making me biased, but I don't thing they look off.

Am I missing something?

Round 4 of Closet Clean Out!

You guys are great! Thanks for your help with this project. I'm reinventing myself, and this is step one. Let me know what you think of these outfits and the pieces individually. What should I keep?

Am I overthinking this or does this dress look weird?

Long story short, when I saw this dress on the website, I thought the cutout was an actual two piece, and not mesh.

With trying it on, the mesh is colored, and it doesn’t match my skin tone. So to me it looks like the sides have random tan color blocks.

It was on clearance, but thinking of selling because of the mesh issue.

Can someone tell me if it genuinely looks off or if it looks fine and I’m overthinking it? Thanks!

Round 3 of Closet Clean Out

I've got two trash bags full of clothes to give away so far, and it feels great! Which of these are worth keeping? I'm foregoing the side views to eliminate any confusion with numbering. If you don't like tie-dye, just don't weigh in based on that alone. I love tie dye and don't care if it's in or out of fashion. If you have any suggestions for the types of pants I should buy to go with any of these tops, let me know. Please forgive the wrinkles. If I decide to keep them, I will break out my steamer. Thanks!
