Hi I’m a female 28 and recently deleted all my dating apps. I’ve been single for a year and 8 months and when I was on apps I never met anyone I’d consider actually getting romantic with. I work in a female dominated field so my interaction/actually talking to men is non existent. How would you like to be approached by a girl without looking thirsty? 😅.
I’m so tired of going on dates and nothing comes out of it. I’ve been officially single for over a year and a half, I was previously roommates with my ex for 8 months prior to the year and a half. Been trying to put myself out there to meet people and omg it’s so hard to find anyone to remotely connect with. Hsv makes dating 10x worse :(… I want to stay positive and not give up on dating but I’ve had some really rough moments lately. Everyone is getting engaged, pregnant, finding love. Then there’s me who had spent years with someone who admitted they weren’t attracted to me after a while. Did the roommate thing due to saving money/ getting myself mentally prepared to actually reconnect with myself after years of feeling invisible in my own home to my partner.
