Sudden hair loss not going away. Not sure what else to do and freaking out a bit

Hi. I am new to this. I know my hair isn't too thin yet, but if it keeps going at this rate, It will soon and I want to prevent it

Since mid July, I have been losing way more hair. I have very fine hair, but medium density. I am used to going through a couple week phases of losing more hair once or twice a year, but it usually slows down on its own. It isn't this time. My pony tail is noticeably thinner. It is scaring me

I usually have low iron and vitamin D so I started taking both daily again almost 4 weeks ago. Not noticed much difference in the shedding yet. A couple days ago I started taking pumpkin seed oil and saw palmetto

Should I start something like minoxidil before the thinning gets more noticeable or should I wait a bit to see if the supplements help?

I went through a very stressful experience in early March, I have been wondering if that is contributing

First pic is how much hair I am losing in the shower these days. I lose way more hair than I should every time I brush but damn seeing this much hair loss when I shower is scary

34F how to look more conventionally attractive

Heard two people debating whether I was attractive or not earlier. Generally I have zero problems getting men and being told I am attractive. But I have a unique face not everyone likes. Assuming it is my nose. Too poor for surgery. Advice?

Green or blue?

I get told both pretty equally. I personally think they are blue but have some people who are very passionate about thinking they are green, lol

I have a manly body type, please help

I have wide shoulders, small boobs, big ribs. I have a somewhat okay waist to hip ratio but I have a long torso and everything cinches on my rib cage. I have an apron belly from having kids so tight clothes are out of the picture. Any advice welcome

Be honest, is my hair thinning at the top?

I have very fine hair and my part has always been pretty noticeable but I feel like I have been losing way more hair lately and I am worried it is looking more sparse and thin on top than it should

I cant tell if I am massively overreacting or if this is something I should be concerned about (I have body dismorphia so sometimes I can not see things about my appearance clearly)

First pictures taken last night, last two taken tonight a few hours after I showered and put product in my hair to air dry, other pictures the amount of hair I lost after brushing after a shower, I lost double that probably in the shower itself

Be totally honest, does it look like my hair is thinning?

Specifically at the top. I have very fine hair and my part has always been pretty noticeable but I feel like I have been losing more hair in the shower lately and I am worried it is looking more sparse and thin on top than it should

I cant tell if I am massively overreacting or if this is something I should be concerned about (I have body dismorphia so sometimes I can not see things about my appearance clearly)

I have small boobs and a giant rib cage and an apron belly. Help!

I am 34. Have had 2 kids. I have an overhanging stomach from having kids, so anything tight on my stomach shows that outline. So I need looser clothing. I have small boobs but a HUGE ribcage. It sticks out more than my actual boobs. I have a long torso but decent sized hip to waist ratio, but every article of clothing i find cinches too high up at my ribs instead of at my waist. Any suggestions, I am tired of crying in the dressing room

AIO to this comment and "creating problems"

This is technically my ex boyfriend but we are still in contact and kind of trying to work on things. One of the reasons I ended things was how mean he could be. A lot of cruel comments that killed my self esteem. He promised to stop. He clearly thinks I am overreacting here. Am I? Maybe I am overly sensitive to this stuff and should've let it go? Or is it fair to say his comment and subsequent reaction to everything was out of line?

AIO thinking he is being very dismissive, or is he right and I am being terrible?

Mothers day is always a little sad for me as a single mom of young kids. I simply wanted a little support or distraction. Instead I feel very belittled and dismissed. It is like this any time I am sad or struggling with something. Told it could be worse and told all the things I am doing wrong and should be doing. However he often texts me that he is feeling down and asks me to cheer him up and I try to validate his feelings and support him or try to be uplifting.

Maybe I am just being whiney? Maybe he is just trying to help and I am being a brat?
