Are my bangs bad?

I’ve been wearing my bangs long for months and accidentally cut them shorter last night. They’re kind of choppy and uneven but I got scared I would cut them even shorter so left them. I can’t tell if they’re actually bad or if I’m just used to seeing them long and prefer that way. Any tips on making them look better is appreciated.
I got a really bad bang trim in April from a professional who made them too short and far back on the right side of my head so I’m still trying to grow that out and blend it in. Something about cutting my bangs shorter feels like it’s making that feel more noticeable.

What kind of extensions would I need for this hairstyle?

Hello all,

This is the style I’m going for, for my wedding! I know that I will need extensions. My hair is stick straight and bra strap length. ChatGPT recommends a ponytail extension, would this one suffice? Would I also need regular hair extensions, like this one? If not, what kind of extensions, in what material, do y’all recommend? TIA! 🙏🏼

Hair advice - bangs, length, color, layers?

I’ve had bangs of some sort my whole life, this is the longest they’ve been and I can’t decide if I want to go for the curtain bang or if I should go back to straight bangs. Also, trying to decide on what length of hair suits me, if I should do anything to the color, and what type of layers I should do. My haircut is tomorrow, and I’m leaning towards cutting it shorter!

First pic is my current hair; second is last time I cut it shorter, and third is just a pic of my hair back so you can see my face shape.

Also, I got my color analysis done a while back and I am a winter, so cool toned hair typically looks best on me, just can’t decide if it would look better with a different color or not.

Tl;dr: any advice welcomed, haircut is tomorrow!

Hair color help!!

I need honest opinions on what I should do with my hair 😭
This is my hair currently: dark brunette with warm copper/red balayage pieces and long layers. My natural hair is very dark brown and my eyes are light brown. I love the coppery red tone in my hair just because it’s something different and I’ve never done anything “adventurous” with my hair before. I went to someone new and I feel like my hair is kinda choppy and chunky (color wise), so i definitely get to get it blended better. I have gotten compliments that the red brings out my eyes more and my eyes are my best feature in my opinion. I just feel lost and like I’m going through an identity crisis rn and need change (even minor)!!

Be brutally honest, what would suit me best?

Getting my hair cut tomorrow and trying to see what suits me

Please don’t suggest bangs, I had bangs for the longest time and decided to grow them out a year ago!

Can I “fix” this temporarily at home?

Hi everyone,

I went to a new stylist yesterday because my regular stylist moved away, and I’m disappointed with the result.

I brought inspiration photos of a darker, cooler blonde that would blend better with my roots as it grows out. I wanted something with a softer, lower-maintenance grow-out and a more ashy/beige tone overall.

After the initial appointment, my hair came out much lighter than I expected, very bright blonde, especially around the face. I told the stylist it was beautiful, but it felt too blonde and wasn’t what I had in mind. She agreed to tone it again, but now I feel like it has gone in the opposite direction and looks quite warm, golden, and coppery in person.

The color itself isn’t ugly at all, but it doesn’t feel like me, and I don’t think it works as well with my skin tone as other shades do.

Am I being unreasonable in feeling like the result is quite different from what I asked for?

Also, would you recommend waiting a few washes before doing anything? I haven’t washed my hair yet.

After doing some research, I believe I may ultimately need lowlights and/or a root shadow to add depth and cool things down. Before I do that, though, would toning it at home with a gloss be enough to get me closer to the inspiration photos, at least for a few weeks until I can make another appointment?

If so, what type of gloss or toner would you recommend?

Thanks in advance.

Haircut question

I cut my hair short - I wanted a bob, but it turned out really short. Tell me honestly, does it look awful?
The last two photos are what it looked like before the haircut. How to fix it 🙈🥲😭

Oh hair people of Reddit, lend me your wisdom

Hello, I don't know anything about hair, but I want to get a haircut. I'm looking for something that -Shortens my face -Covers some forehead -Looks fluffy -Is not super expensive to maintain -Can't be tucked behind my ears

That last part is pretty important because despite not liking how my hair looks tucked, I do it automatically. Once again, I know nothing about hair so these might not be realistic expectations, but if you could give me some advice on what to get, what kind of place I should go to get it done, and how to take care of it, I would really appreciate that. Thank you :)

How do i get this out.

Edit:
Thanks to everyone’s advice and with me starting kinda straight away, i’ve been able to get one side almost fully brushed out within an hour and not too much hair loss!

i’m hoping it should only take me another hour and a bit to fix it all up, im really hoping it doesn’t get this bad again but if it ever does i have tons of advice so ty so much to everyone who helped <3

My hair is really matted from bad depression, i haven’t brushed it in like a month and it’s so knotty and stuck together, i don’t know how to brush it out and im scared honestly, i just want my hair back to normal :(

Any advice is appreciated please, if there’s a way to save it without cutting it i’d be so grateful.

Should I keep my natural brown or try out something new?

My mom keeps trying to get me to go blonde and I’ve been resisting, but I might give in if everyone else thinks it’s a good idea haha

any ideas how to fix this?

I've tried dozens of anti friss shampoos and masks but so far nothing seems to work and I'm starting to believe that the only option left is to just shave it all off and regrow it

Haircut Advice

For reference, I did a bad bleach job a while back and at this point my hair is very uneven. Luckily my hair is very thick so people say they don't really notice.

Im getting tired of the random short pieces so Im going to schedule a hair appt with an alt stylist for a haircut I want something fun but have no idea what to try and ask for.

Top of my head has more breakage so there's more shorter pieces there. See pics for reference.

I originally had a straight bob with some overgrown bangs, I have bangs again hahaha.

Pics show breakage and last few photos show how it looks when it's styled, not obviously broken into chunks haha

Any ideas what kind of cut I should ask for?

I don't mind if my hair is as long as the short pieces. I also don't mind shaving the sides or an undercut.

Never strayed from my natural color (24f) should I?

I get complimented on the color, but sometimes I want change! but I worry that if I went darker I would have to fill in my eyebrows and lashes every day so I don’t look like a corpse. Buttttt light eyes and dark hair😩
