Which hair color suits me better

My natural is the lighter color, but I used to color it dark brown for years and I’m considering it again.

How do I stop my hair from getting so dry?

I've been trying to take better care of it, but I'm not seeing much improvement. first realized I was shampooing too often, so I cut back from every other day to twice a week. I've also started conditioning my crown as well as my ends, and that's helped make it easier to detangle and I'm not getting as much breakage. That's helped somewhat. At least my hair doesnt feel brittle anymore. I've been super gentle with detangling and I use moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. But it's still looking unhealthy and I'm not sure what to do about it.

Why does my haircut look like this from the front?

It was cut shorter than I wanted, but it didn’t look too bad when it was first cut because it was styled so that it curved inward. If I blow dry it, it looks weird and boxy. If I let it air dry it looks like a triangle and the front looks frayed and wispy, and longer than the rest, as well as flipping outward. What can I ask for that would look better? I included photos of after I air dried and after that when I blow dried it, as well as a photo when it’s still partly wet because that exaggerates the weird shape that I don’t like from the front that I’m talking about. I’m just not sure why it looks like that or how to make sure it looks better next time it’s cut.

Have a school thing tomorrow, I need my hair to look shorter

I dislike long hair due to various reasons. I got my hair cut to my shoulders last year and I was so happy with it. It’s grown out now and I hate it sm but my mom won’t let me cut it. I don’t even want to go outside, but I have something important tomorrow. What hairstyles can I do that could possibly make my hair look shorter?

Pixie cut?

My hair is the longest its been in years and I feel the urge to go short short short!!! I’ve had a pixie before and unfortunately did not get a good cut, I think I wanted what I could not have (a crop for thin straight hair which I do not have!) Now, I have more reasonable expectations and would get a cut that suits my wavy and thick hair. Just want others opinions on what kind of cut would suit me best? Pixie? Bob? Keep it long?

Itch to get short hair

For 20 years now I have my hair long. 95% of the time I have a ponytail or messy bun because of sport /my job in healthcare and I am annoyed super fast when it’s open.

I add some hairstyles I found scrolling through social media that I liked.

I am just super insecure about changing and it feels like a big step.

I identify as bi/pan so hairstyle doesn’t has to look „hetero“ . I grew up in a high control group and it wasn’t allowed to have a masculine/queer hairstyle.
Luckily I am out maybe the wish for a haircut is connected to it.

(Sorry for my English, it’s not my native language)

Blonde? Brunette? Natural?

I'm due a hair appointment and I'm not sure what to go for 😅

Pic 1 is me now, pic 2 is my natural colour (when I was 21, but my natural hair is possibly a bit darker than this now), pic 3 is the last colour I had done 8 months ago, and the rest are other colours I've tried.

Please let me know what suits best, or whether I'd be better trying something else!

I'm leaning towards needing to go closer to my natural, or at least adding more dimension and darkening my blonde a bit.

Suggestions welcome 🫶🏼

What would you call my hair length?

Had really short hair for years and I think it messed up my perception of hair growth. Yes my hair is wet in one photo sorry

Should I stay light or switch it up?

curious to know what people think suits me best! I love getting my hair colored a bit lighter than my natural color. I typically ask for a money piece and balayage. Part of the reason I like going a bit lighter is because my greys are coming in HOT and are quite noticeable in contrast to my natural darker hair color.

Pic 1 - lighter
Pics 2&3 - not as bright balayage and more grown out with the root showing natural color.

What do you think looks better or should I switch up the color/style?

How to style untill it grows out healthier?

I’ve been in a pretty bad depression the last couple years and so i haven’t taken care of my hair and it looks pretty horrible. Basically the hair on my crown is all broken so it’s wayyy shorter than the rest of my hair and it gets really frizzy. But i don’t know how to style it for work so that it looks somewhat ok without causing even more breakage. I have quite fine and thin hair before this but now it’s so much worse.
Does anyone here have any advice? Also any products that can help? How do i take care of my hair untill it grows out healthier?

Bixie Update

Last time I posted, folks said they couldn't see the Bixie very well. So, here's an updated before and after now that I've had the style for a bit.

How's this haircut called?

Hi! Just watched some new music clips from Tessa Violet (if you don't know her and her music, I seriously recommend checking her out, especially if you like soft hope-core music and such) and I honestly really like her hair, though I don't know how it's called.

Do you have any idea? Has anyone of you tried the haircut? I would like to look it up and see more variations and look into whether it would fit me and my style.

Thanks in advance! Hope you're having a great day!

Hate my haircut :(

I showed a reference photo (blue sweater) of myself previous haircut and asked for long layers with some face framing pieces, the hair reached my shoulders in the reference and after the appointment it doesn’t even reach my chin. Having trouble looking at myself in the mirror ugh. I’m never getting my haircut again.
