Help i ruined my hair

I usually trim my own hair and decided to do face framing pieces yesterday. They looked pretty good but for whatever reason i felt i needed to fix my left side.

Is there anything i can do/hairstyle i could get at a salon or should i just grow it out?

Getting my reta today, any tips?

Hey y’all! Just wanted to know if anyone had any tips for me. Here are my stats:

21 y/o, 5’7F
SW: 160lbs
GW: 140-145lbs
Heavy weight lifting 4x/week, 15k/steps day, easily 160-200g protein per day. I have a huge appetite lol.

History of binge/restrict cycles, in active recovery. Going to put the extra brain space i’ll have on reta (since i won’t have food noise) towards my recovery.

I’ve done a TON of research so i’m well prepared. Just looking for any niche tips anyone has that they wish they knew before they started. Thanks!

Edit: oh yeah, i was also wondering if there’s a good time of day to inject? Before/after meal, gym, etc.

Does anyone else crave veggies sometimes?

I just started cooking my husband veggies again, having not for a while. And man let me tell you 💀
Some broccoli, asparagus, or green beans slathered with butter and salt is my weakness. I could tear that shit up.
I feel kind of crazy for thinking it tastes good?? Cuz everyone in this space demonizes veggies and says they dont even taste good. Which is true when they’re raw, obviously. But how could they not sound good when they’re right there in front of you all salty and buttery and shi? 💔
But yeah im having a hard time. I need to hear from someone else that they really are NOT optimal for me, because i know they’re not. It’s just hard because they are generally considered healthy and do contain some nutrients/fiber, so it’s not like it’s a frickin cookie. Anyways lol.
What are yalls thoughts? Please be nice 😭

I cheated on carnivore

Hey y’all! 4 months on carnivore with a couple keto “cheats” but this weekend i feel like i really blew it lol.

I have a long history of BED and have kind of been relapsing (yes, on carnivore). I decided to add back in sweeteners and immediately started breaking out and then experiencing horrible food noise and binge urges. It’s been rough.

I’m spending this weekend at my parent’s house, which was my old stomping grounds for my worst binges. Definitely am having the worst food noise and BED tendencies.

I tend to have all or nothing thinking but i will say. Since the urges were so strong today i kinda just said fck it, have what you want. So i did. 8 skinny dipped reese’s cups, and a bowl of keto chocolate mousse topped with a bunch of peanut butter and lily’s chocolate chips. Not too insane but i feel absolutely HORRIBLE.

It’s the mindset behind it too though. I just couldnt stop eating all day, even if it was bacon, cheese, other carnivore “treats”.

Anyways, just wanted to vent about going off the rails on carnivore/relapsing on carnivore because it’s possible and it happens. I just have to keep on keepin’ on. Starting fresh tomorrow. Make the next decision a good decision and build from there.

Anyone else struggle with BED, even on carnivore foods?
