How do I make my outfits more alternative/goth? I've been struggling for awhile with my style, especially with my favorite color being pink. I personally have found it challenging to be more alt and also wear pink and I was hoping someone could help and give tips on how I could make my style more alt.
This was my first time dressing goth and going to a goth event. Most fun I’ve had in a long time 🖤
I’m really into upcycling and DIY lately and was wondering what you all would suggest for this tank top. If this doesn’t belong in here, that’s fine, I’ll just delete later. Thanks in advance!
hey everyone! ik that this question has already been asked and answered but i'm kind of in a rush at this point in time cuz i am planning in buying a dress for my 18th and i found a super cute one on draculaclothing. i know it's not the most ethical choice to make but i really have no other option if not buying it online cuz my party is in weeks and i haven't had the time to go to physical stores and look there🙏
this is the dress in question btw:
https://draculaclothing.com/products/bat-ruffle-dress?variant=48178258739465
i have alternatives both there and on another site called fantasmagoria if e.g. there ain't my size or the shipping takes too much, but again, is it reliable / ethical / do they ship fast?
side note, quality ain't really my top priority at this point in time since i wouldn't wear it daily and i know i'm taking good care of it anyways if i buy it
IF these sites ain't reliable, would you have some advice for me? where could i find clothing like this (i'm based in EU) ESPECIALLY in time??
I'M LATE OKAY I KNOW I SHOULD'VE BOUGHT IT WEEKS AGO DON'T SCOLD ME
but thanks to anyone who takes their time out to reply<33
Hello all! I had an unfortunate accident in the beginning of the summer and ended up with a broken foot.
I FINALLY got to take off my boot today, but I’m absolutely devastated as my doctor said that I should only wear running shoes/shock absorbing shoes for the next couple of months.
I don’t mind the trainers I already have, but they only look good in a gym situation, they don’t really go with any of my regular outfits and after months of shoe compromises to accommodate the boot, I kinda want to feel cute again.
Does anyone have some cute shoe recommendations that follow the doctor’s orders and can fill the stompy boot/chunky flats shaped hole in my life?
Thank you all in advance!
[edited for clarity]
Red, one of my favourite colours.
I love how it looks and only for 25$, though the high neck and it being wool makes it very warm.
I've been a baby bat for a while. I thrift all my clothes, repurpose old ones... but let me say that building a goth wardrobe is long and embarrassing. Right now, my outfits are bland because I don't have the money to buy accessories, and some dream outfits are financially inaccessible. I hate fast fashion, but I understand why people want to skip the awkward phase by buying unethical cheap stuff. Any DIY jewellery tips? Or cheaper brands in Europe?
Hello everyone!
I’ve noticed that some younger people (mostly) do a kind of drag‑inspired goth makeup. Is this just a trend, or does it say anything about someone’s sexual orientation? I’m not trying to troll, just trying to understand.
thank you!
Just my outfit & makeup for a weekend visiting the yearly Houston Horror Film Fest 🦇🦇 Mostly taken after hours of wear & getting caught in the rain 😅
Hi everyone! I recently became the owner of these very awesome demonias. Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to test if the light works or if it's completely broken. If anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it thanks!
I want to look nice for my senior photo tomorrow!! But I feel this outfit looks off
Going for the shawl with the dress during the day, and faux-fur coat for when it gets chilly. Pairing the fit with some strappy platform heels. I love this dress I found, but I'd like to figure out ways to add some more goth elements without going toooo much since it's a somewhat more lowkey wedding. What do you guys think?
