I see a lot of “how do I dress goth in the summer?” posts and it amuses me every time because I’m originally from Florida, so that’s all I really know…switching to fall/winter clothes when I moved to Oregon has been an adjustment.

Side note, I ended up changing my shorts in pic #3 to another pair of black shorts in a similar style, these ones were a bit too tight and I didn’t take another picture after changing. That outfit was my day 1 outfit because the top is a swimsuit top and I was wearing swimsuit bottoms as well (pic #4).

Not pictured is my daily breakfast buffet fit of a band tee and leggings, nothing too exciting.

Pic 1: Dress is from Forest Ink, it’s not busty friendly, so underneath I am wearing a pleather bandeau from Torrid.

Pic 2: Dress is from Forest Ink

Pic 3: Top is from Forest Ink; not sure where those shorts are from, I ended up leaving them behind.

Pic 4: Top is the same as pic 3, the bottoms are from Torrid. I like that they’re full coverage and include pockets.

Pic 5: Top and bottoms are from Torrid

Not showcased well are my fishnets, I get those from Snag Tights. Wanted to give them a shoutout because as a tall (6’2) plus sized woman, finding nylons is a challenge and I’m not even their biggest size.

Okay, off to the pool now, maybe I’ll share the rest of my outfits at the end of the trip.

1st time going out dressed all goth

recently started dressing up the way I want to, and since my surroundings don't allow me to dress very revealing (I live in india) i was really proud of what I put together.

Is SilentHeels legitimate/ethical?

I keep seeing their ads and I want some of their shoes soooo bad but i feel like it might be too good to be true. It also sometimes sounds like their ads have AI voiceovers 😕

What brand/ where is this top from?

I saw this top on Vinted and fell in love but it got sold when I was putting in my address. If anyone knows the brand I will deeply appreciate it!

Outfit I wore out to a punk show recently, had a good time and felt like a baddie 🖤🎶✨

First time in a while I’ve dressed up after crawling out of a month long depression. Finally feel like myself again.

Trying out this style of makeup for the first time

Any advice appreciated, wanted to get my lines cleaner but I’m new to makeup in general and my hands are still shaky

Goth makeup after 7 years. I don't feel silly anymore.

I used to feel embarassed of dressing up and doing goth makeup when i was 15 since it's not really popular in my country so i only did the makeup in special days, but here, after 7 years giving it a try again.

Am I completely off with my math?

I am continuing on my quest for platform boots. I've found a pair of New Rock boots that seem to have been made years ago (they have the logo in metal embedded into the bottom?), but I don't know how high the platform is. I tried messaging the seller, and haven't heard back yet, and I can't identify anything about the model of boot it is, aside from that it is one in the reactor series, so I resorted to math to try to figure this out. Does 1.86" seem like a reasonable platform height? It seems kind of low to me, because other boots I'm looking at claim to have a platform of 3-4", but I'm uncertain if I'm not getting accurate measurements from this picture, or if this model of boot isn't a platform.
