My friend is having a baby soon and her and her partner are needing housing in the Summersville/ mount nebo area. She said she’s applied to basically every apartment in Summersville and they all have waitlists and are expensive to apply to anyways. I told her maybe some single wides or something? I’m wanting this to be black, but I still want the gingham pattern to be very visible. Do I dunk it in the dye until I like the color? I have experience in dyeing and I also know it’ll dry lighter, so do I dunk it until it’s a little darker than what I want? It’s 100% cotton and I will be using the jet black rit dye.
Basically, as bad as I want a MacBook, it wouldn’t be my best option and everyone is telling me no to chromebooks too. I’m wanting a laptop that can run Microsoft excel (for one of my classes) but I also want to be able to game on it and also edit videos and such because I am a huge fan of content creation and streaming and I want to get into it too! I do not care about the size or weight, I just want something that can do the things I mentioned well and have a long life. I don’t know if I’m asking too much, I know some laptops are better at some of the things I mentioned than others, and I don’t know anything about them at all (I’m 20 and have only had really a cellphone, a DS, and a switch) I’m wanting something that’s as cheap as possible that can do all those things (which I don’t guess would end up being too too cheap😔) I also don’t know what storage size would be best for all that

My friend Ayla went missing on the 16th and no one has seen her since :(( she told her partner and her parents she’s “going to the lake with friends” but she never said what friends or what lake. I know in Summersville we call our lake “the lake” but her partner said there’s no service at the lake she went to and as far as I know I’ve always had service at Summersville lake so we’re not sure. The last text she sent her partner was that she was at a gas station and there was a creepy guy following her around and it’s been silence ever since. Today police found footage of her at a gas station but the police didn’t say what gas station. Contact information in the photo!!

I just turned 20 and I’ve been wanting some sort of a degree and since I’m highly interested in laws and government I figured this would be a good match. I have autism so a lot of career fields would not work out for me and I also heard this one works for a lot of us neurodivergent folks. I also need a Monday- Friday set schedule and a lot of offices are just that which is perfect. I am however worried about school, I started being homeschooled in 2021 and I graduated in 2024 and my homeschool was completely from books, no typing, no classes, no grades at all. I haven’t been tested in literally about 6 years? I’m really nervous school will be hard and it’s a 2 year degree. I’m also very social and I heard you have to talk to clients so that good. I’m just so scared of failing and I never thought I’d pursue anymore schooling in my life😭 is it worth it? Are there any other autistic individuals that like it? IM SCAREDDDD

Back in march my landlord sent me this text, my cousin who lives directly in front of us beats his girlfriend and abuses her mentally as well, so they scream and throw things and slam doors CONSTANTLY and they’ve had the cops called on them a few times. She never kicks them out. They’ve been getting complaints since before me and my roommate moved in. We are getting lumped together since we tried to help her leave my cousin and we became friends, she needed my roommates key for a bit because she lost hers, well my cousin stole it from her and made a copy without any of us knowing so we had to tell the landlord when we found out. Anyways, we have barely talked to that girl for months now and this old hag still says dumb shit like this. Also, me and my roommate have autism and we can NOT stand loud and dangerous environments especially due to how we grew up, we are extremely quiet people. It pissed me off so bad that she sent us this message, she also made that group chat without my consent and my abusive cousin is the other member AND I NEVER WANTED HIM TO HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER. I was and still am fuming. I think my landlord is also blaming us because we are two young alternative girls with no children. No one else getting bullshit assumptions put against them. Also after this I texted my neighbors and they said they never made a complaint against me and my roommate. Also yes my landlord’s contact picture is a cockroach because I thought it was fitting.
