My Instagram business account keeps getting disabled 2-3 times in the last 10 days. The reason is always something like "account integrity" or similar.

I have zero violations no spam, no prohibited products(i resell jewellery), no automation, nothing. Every time I recover it through the normal process, it gets banned again soon after.

This is completely destroying my sales and livelihood as Instagram is my main platform.

Has anyone else faced this repeated ban loop? How did you finally fix it permanently? Any working solutions right now?

I recently received a lot of messages from ChatAI saying my account got “violations” and I’m not sure if they’re legit or just scammers/phishing messages.

Me and my boyfriend added each other on Instagram maybe 6 or 7 months ago. He’s only posted me on his story once, albeit he rarely posts and only has 3 posts up.

I’ve noticed he’s accepted some people as he has a private account, so I looked through it out of curiosity (he said he looked thru mine, I have nothing to hide so I don’t mind/care)

I’ve noticed several months ago that out of the 78 people that follow him, I can only account for 73 followers. I didn’t think anything of this but decided to check again has he’s accepted more followers: still can’t account for 5 accounts.

I just checked again because it crossed my mind and now I can only account for 84 of the 90 people following him.

So the number of accounts that aren’t listed are 6. I decided to look through his followers list a couple months ago (didn’t really look at who he’s following, just counting the followers) and I can only find 360 out of the 361 accounts he’s following. As I recently checked, there is still one account that’s not listed.

Don’t think he has people blocking me on social media, or did some people that follow him get jealous when he posted me on his IG Story?

I joined this subreddit a few days ago and honestly I’ve been getting a bit anxious reading all the posts about people getting banned with no clear explanation, sometimes losing alt accounts too.

It made me start thinking about how people actually use Instagram in 2026.

Realistically, most of us have different “layers” of identity online:

• a personal account for friends/family
• a hobby account (music, photography, cooking, etc.)
• maybe a business/portfolio account
• and sometimes even a fun “fan/brainrot” account for things you’re obsessed with

So my question is: why does it feel like if one account gets flagged or banned, everything linked to that person/device can get affected?

I understand anti-spam and safety systems exist, but the idea that you might lose access to multiple accounts and then struggle to make new ones (same phone, same number, etc.) feels pretty stressful when you rely on these platforms to build communities or even small businesses.

Reading posts here sometimes makes it feel like if Meta locks you out, you basically lose your entire online presence! Especially since there aren’t many other platforms where you can combine posting, messaging and audience building in one place.

I’m not even banned myself... I actually came here because I was considering whether to delete an old inactive account and start fresh for my Funko photography project but the amount of “I got banned for no reason and couldn’t recover anything” posts is making me second guess everything.

Curious how others here manage this without feeling like they’re one mistake away from losing everything.

I manage an Instagram account for an NGO. I have a creator account because of the restrictions on the music library in a business account. 2 days earlier, I posted a collaboration reel, which went on a spike, 47k views, and 200 new followers within 24 hours or less. A few hours later, the account got suspended. I submitted an appeal, but in the morning, the account was disabled. The next would be permanently disabled. I'm very worried about it. I can't submit another appeal. What should I do to recover it again? Please help.

instagram disabled his account for some reason and now all of his texts are unavailable
i unfortunately never backed it up or screenshoted it because i didnt knew they could just cease to exist like they did
is there absolutely anything i could do to get just a glimpse of it back or not

So this is strange. I woke up this morning to find that Instagram links sent via text message (Android 16, Pixel 9 Pro XL) open up a random Instagram post every time. My GF and I send reels to each other every day, and I've never seen this issue. My Phone didn't update, so it's still running the same software it's been running. Tried rebooting my phone and reinstalling Instagram. No luck. Has anyone on here experienced this as well?

My account got banned cause of community standards violation which I did not do.

I made a new account and it was banned immediately but I appealed and they gave it back to me after a day.

Will I get banned again?

I cannot explain how pissed I am right now and I am in desperate help. My account from 2019 got suspended around 4 5 months ago and i made a new account then and i let it slide. I just suspended on my SECOND account just this morning. Like what am I supposed to do, not have instagram? All of my friends are there. I dont comment anything, I dont do anything suspicious in any way, I just post my stories and send texts, I like some reels. Thats it. What could I have POSSIBLY done to get banned twice??? Is someone mass reporting me? I really need someone to help me if possible, I would really appreciate that. Also, dont promote any telegram scams thx
