TLDR: how long did it take to get your package that got caught up in FedEx fraud/investigation dept?
Shipped my bike from the US to Qatar. I'll spare the entire nightmare of getting charged 30% over the quoted rate with no invoice, the 7+ total hours getting routed to overseas call centers of no use, the Better Business Bureau complaint I had to file to get anyone to actually communicate with me, and skip to the fact that they sent it to some security warehouse is Missouri. My tracking number says on the way with last scan in Indiana (origin point) the second tracking number they made has it on the way to olive branch last scan in Mississippi - the person I am finally communicating with via email who I admit is highly responsive, has said it was "erroneously sent to fraud dept" and as soon as the warehouse pulls it she will have it cleared and on the way to me. This was 22 days ago. Today she told me I could go ahead and file it as lost. Did that and they cleared it "resolved" within hours. I don't want a payout, I want my damn bike. Has anyone ever gone through this? How long did it take for you to finally get your package, if you ever got it. How do they lose a whole bicycle. This is absolute insanity to me.
