Got delivery notice of my package today. Looked outside, nothing there. Checked the email photo record, not my address. Not even close, numerically. I was able to figure out where the house was, though. Drove over there -no package. In the photo it looked way too big to be mine anyway. Rang the bell and told the guy my package may have been delivered to his house by mistake. He said he just received a package he ordered, which was small furniture. I told him I might be a victim of fraud. I asked if I could take a pic of the shipping label, and he was ok with that.

Turns out, the tracking number on his package is the same tracking number on my purchase. His name(I assume), his address, and my tracking number. This was an eBay purchase. Ebay says my package could still arrive, even though it also says delivered. Fed Ex site is a nightmare, like a house of mirrors. Reporting this issue is proving to be very difficult, to say the least.

I guess I'll have to go to local FedEx tomorrow, and try eBay again. I suspect some kind of elaborate scheme, but it could just be sheer incompetence. Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Glad I found this group, but I'm done with FedEx.

Weasel's can't face the fact that they blow big time! Here was my post: "Why does Fedex give an estimated delivery time, and 90% of the time it's way past that? At least a 1/3 of the time they end up delivering it the next day instead. Even if they hit the two-hour window, it's always at the end. Then their delivery map always shows the driver going past my street at least twice as they zig-zag all over the town wasting gas and time. There's no logic to any of it! Even a few times it says the idiot is arriving only for him to keep going past! Why are their estimates so beyond inaccurate? Are they trying to annoy people? I think we know it's the stupid unions! The lazy union protected workers taking their sweet time and doing as they see fit! I loathe every time someone uses their crap service!

A month ago I ordered a new iPhone. The phone was attempted to deliver it on the 29th, but no one was home. It never came back to my house. We called FedEx multiple times and they weren’t able to tell us where the package was. My theory is that he waited until there were no cars in my driveway, and when no one showed up, the driver took it and sold it.

Now I am having so much trouble getting a new phone and won’t have it for my Summer job in another state that I leave for the day after tomorrow, which is the whole reason I wanted it because my current one won’t hold a charge. Please NEVER go through FedEx with your iPhones.

It’s probably not a coincidence that it got lost. I probably have his video on our ring camera, is there anyway I can have this driver investigated, suspended, or fired? I don’t want him to get away with this.

No one who works for fed ex seems know, or able to even tell me how I can find out or anyone else I can call to ask. Why don’t they want anyone to know? Help!
