What the heck is going on with FedEx? Is the company collapsing?

I've had three days in a row of falsified delivery attempts. I wound up calling customer service and after navigating endless bot menus I finally spoke with an account rep. The rep insisted the delivery attempts happened until I asked them for photo proof, which they could provide; the delivery driver had just entered a solid black image for the photo. They elevated the case and I was told by the rep that the falsification was unacceptable. The last three deliveries were the same driver, but today, a different driver is listed.

FedEx delivery UNACCEPTABLE

**>!FedEx!<** driver THROWING my package from 8-10 feet to my door. Called **FedEx**, they hung up on me, called back, left a VM, but it cut off before I could give my number, (clearly they had my number via caller ID), they called back to say, I COULDN'T leave the complaint, ONLY the shipper could complain. WTF!!!

Any other options of places I should post this video?? FYI...Can't on X

I should have 3 packages today

I might start canceling orders from companies that use FedEx for shipping. I had 2 different delivery trucks not deliver any of the 3 packages I was suppose to get today.

The 1st one, they took a picture of the tag and edited the picture so it was blank, so I don't even have a door tag. And the 2nd one, they took a black picture like they put their thumb over the lens for the picture and said I wasn't home both times. I'm so mad because this isn't the 1st time they have just not delivered anything and I made sure I was home all day. Very expensive packages that I now have to reroute to the drop off point because they refuse to do their jobs. I didnt want this to happen to prevent my items getting stolen.

Seriously - Fuck FedEx

I had a package from Sony Direct. I got a notification that it was delivered but package is no where to be found. Looked everywhere.

Then I check FedEx email as well as the App. Says it was delivered to some random address 40 minutes away. Shows thst some guy at a random Wayfair Warehouse signed for my package.

Called FedEx they claim that their Driver said it was delivered correctly and closed out the ticket. Despite me sharing screen shots of their own email and pictures from the App showing they delivered to an address 40 minutes away from me.

No fucking help. They just said oh well we delivered.

Great job, bro.

Second day in a row this dude has literally thrown the package out of his truck onto the lawn. The dogs found it yesterday. Front door is 30' away.

FedEx stole my mom’s Oura ring - what do we do?

The delivery kept getting delayed and delayed and when it finally arrived, it was a completely empty box. My mom has contacted Oura multiple times, fedex, and her credit card but they are all telling her she’s out of luck, because she can’t prove it essentially. She’s out almost $500 (she already bought a new one because she wanted it so badly but obviously assuming she’d get her money back from the stolen one) Anyone know what we can do next? This is so crazy that this can happen to people.

Edit: for more context, fedex said to file a claim, they needed Oura to fill out a report for her, and Oura is refusing. So now at a loss.

Thank you FedEx... For stealing my package.

I pre-ordered a new phone through Spectrum. A $2,099 phone. It was delivered to me this morning and before I signed for it, I noticed the package felt extremely light and there was clear tape put over the top of the box which had obviously been cut open. The box was completely empty. No phone. Immediately called spectrum and filed a police report. Why do people steal? I am so beyond frustrated right now. Did these people really think stealing my phone was going to be of some value to them? Now they have a stolen, bricked phone. And the police are looking into this whole mess. I just don't understand.

It’s like Groundhog’s Day…

I get a door tag
I sign door tag for delivery
Get a text that someone needs to sign for it in person.
Call 1-800 number to explain that no one is at this address during business (delivery) hours.
Ask FedEx if they can deliver it somewhere else.
FedEx says to call the Shipper as only the Shipper can can change delivery address.
I explain that I don’t know who the Shipper is, or what the package is.
FedEx says they can send it to a FedEx center located in my local Walgreens.
Cool.
I go to my local Walgreens, and they say that they don’t have the package but check their system and it shows that it’s out for delivery.
Now repeat this multiple times over a three week period. That’s how f-ing frustrated I am.
I did my now routine morning call to the 1-800 number and was told that the package was returned to the Shipper due to me not picking it up in a timely manner.
If anyone from FedEx monitors this sub and gives a shit, feel free to DM me.

FYI about the delivery windows from an Ex Courier

I used to deliver for Express, and I see a lot of complaints here about drivers not arriving when the app says they will.
FYI, the delivery windows the FedEx app gives you “your package will arrive between 1:03 PM–2:07 PM” are basically made-up, AI-generated estimates. Those magic numbers are when the AI assumes the driver will be in your area. I wouldn’t rely on them or get upset with your driver for not being there during that specific window.
FedEx gives drivers a delivery map to follow, and my guess is that the estimated window is based on that map. The problem is, that map can be completely out of whack and outrageously out of order.
For example, when I was a driver, I’d have Stop 5 right next door to Stop 59. The sequence made just about as little sense to us as it did to the customers. It led to a lot of customers getting mad at me because their package wasn’t there during the window FedEx gave them. (I didn’t even know what delivery window the customer was seeing.)
Obviously, Priority Overnight shipments are different. I’m not talking about those here.

FedEx Gaming Accountability and Metrics

Package from PA to CA not arriving as scheduled. This was a time sensitive package. I have been tracking multiple times per day and there has not been a scan since the shipment scanned “Departed” from regional center. 5 minutes ago I get “Shipment Exception”
Notification claiming “weather.”

I call bullshit! For 5 day, not a single scan? And now blame it on the weather? Truth be told, FedEx has no clue where my shipment is.

FedEx is the worst

Their never on time always delayed or at the wrong house. Also they make sure you can’t reach them when they lose a package.
