First Time Amanita user, received dried pantherina; decarb or eat?
The company info was pathetic, honestly. I did read about bring the watr up to 190 but no explanation as to what was happening.
Do you decarb dried pantherina? Or should i just grind the oz and start at 500mg?
Also, anyone else taking gabapentin or quitting gabapentin with the he of this amazing mushroom?
