Awkward spacing between tile and window

We’re currently under house renovation and there is this uneven gap between the window and the tile apparently because our walls are tilted.. can this actually be the case because the tile not being aligned is really bothering me. I actually wouldnt mind if there was a gap or not as long as it was consistent throughout the whole window.
Even in the second slide pov of the floor the wall is supposed to go up meaning the diagonal of the tiles meeting will no longer sit at the corner.

chronic migraines

ive 18(F) been experiencing chronic migraines with no proper diagnosis for around 3 years now. they come almost monthly and cause me to start getting so dizzy i almost always start crying and vomitting really badly. they last anywhere between 1 - 3 days. i can take medication but the meds just make me sleepy so i cant really do much and they don't make the migraines disappear the next time round. i have thought that maybe it links to my period but i dont even get those regularly as i do these migraines. i have gone to different doctors in different countries and have taken all different types of tests but nothing really comes out. they say it's linked to having a small diet but i honestly think i eat more than both my siblings (as well as in general) and they are completely unaffected. has anyone experienced something similar before?
