How to make it look less… bad..

I grew up around aquariums, but I’ve never owned my own until now. This is a 30 gallon heated freshwater aquarium that I intend to put a ton of Tetris in. How do I make it look better? Do I just need a more solid piece of wood or something, the rocks are just ones I found on the shores of Lake Erie. I thought they were cool.

I’ll also attach a picture of my other tank which I also don’t know what I’m going to do with, but I definitely know I need more stuff in it

I’ll literally take whatever advice people want to give I’ve been pretty stumped on what to put into the hex tank

What is this

What why is this helicopter flying crazy like this? Why did it travel all the way to old Brooklyn Just to fucking hover around my street for five minutes and then yeet itself to Lakewood? Is this how gang stalking starts ? Is this because I thought about not cheering for the Browns this year ?

I’m assuming it’s a police helicopter… doing what exactly I don’t know

Willa saving her breakfast for later

after this she will go to her two sisters bowls of food and do the same thing (even if they have finished their breakfast). It’s a good thing she’s cute !

Is everyone here an operator?

Hello. I do SCADA commissioning for a very large utility. I work in a control center and am working with operators all day, but I myself am not an operator.

I am just wondering about salaries. This was the first job I got out of school and I really enjoy it, but you know the grass is always greener. I get paid 76k a year BUT I live in a very low cost of living place. Anyone in a similar boat to me ? What are yall making ?

EDIT: I have only been working for 1.5 years lol

Bonjour. Je m'intéresse à ces œuvres d'art vintage, en particulier celles représentant des infrastructures énergétiques. Ce n'est peut-être pas du giscardpunk, mais je ne sais pas où en parler.

Sorry if not allowed. Perhaps you can share in the comments some of your favorite pieces ?
