Too good to be true?
Has anyone bought from Dawson & Sons? Looks like a good price but worried it may be grey market or something.

Just found out my ‘23 F150 (2.7L EcoBoost) needs a new transmission at 67,000 miles. Not exactly what I wanted to hear, but honestly relieved I bought it certified pre-owned with the Ford warranty — this repair would’ve been brutal out of pocket.
Funny enough, the biggest thing I’ve ever towed with it was my Miata — nothing crazy. I bought it with 20k miles on it, and I always drive like a grandpa. I figured a 2023 would be safe from transmission issues since it has the updated CDF drum, but I guess that’s not the case.
I will add: I bought the truck used from a ford dealership a few hours away from me. I e-signed a sales agreement to hold the truck until I could come test drive a few days later. By the time I arrived, the dealership had done a ford CPO inspection (100k pt warranty), oil change, and put four new Michelin tires on the vehicle, and kept the sales price of $35000. I was shocked they would go the extra mile and do those things after I agreed to purchase as is.
When I called my Local dealer last week, they arranged a loaner vehicle, and had my truck diagnosed the same day. Didn’t ask why I hadn’t purchased from them, or try to get me to trade in- we’re just thrilled I had a ford warranty and could get me taken care of quickly.
Obviously I’m not impressed with the vehicle itself, but the dealerships have been great to work with and taken care of me so far.
