Unless this cycle (I am 8dpo) I am magically pregnant I am starting Letrozole next cycle.

My Obgyn said there are mixed results for pregnancy rates with women over 40, but she is comfortable with us doing a few cycles. I do ovulate regularly, and I’ve gotten pregnant twice in the last 10 months (1 MMC at 10 weeks, 1 chemical).

I started out thinking I wouldn’t use any medications and if it happened then good and if not then I would be ok. But now….. here we are.
