12 Appearing In 2027, Will I be eligible ?
wanted to clear that doubt that my DOB is 17/12/2009 and I am currently in 12th in INDIA . Eligibility criteria says I must have 12th pass certificate by 1st April but i will ge it in May 2027 along with that I would not be 18 years old in April. Will these things be a trouble in way of getting MEXT Undergraduate Scholarship?
