I’m over this stock and somewhat over Reddit . For several reasons:

As a user, I do find AI search results from Google taking up some but not all, of my interest/need for Reddit.

As an investor, I don’t see the ads being particularly relevant. I’ve maybe once or twice clicked on one. Never purchased anything on Reddit.

As an investor, I find the insider dumping to be a BIT over the top. Not as much as the crowd in here, but I get their point and agree with the general sentiment.

As a user, I find a lot of bots. Not in some communities, but others are completely filled with them.

As an investor, I find the lack of transparency around the intent and progress surrounding data deals as inexcusable.

And for what it’s worth, as someone with a legal degree, but a very novice level of knowledge, I don’t think we’re going to see anything from the lawsuits. Just my gut from hearing the most recent arguments.

It’s all starting to seem very Twitterish.

Wish I was wrong, but my conviction has changed. I really thought we were heading somewhere great. Sadly, it looks as though I was wrong. I’d guess this stock is $85 a share this time next year. Downvote me to oblivion. It will only reinforce my thoughts on the matter.

We were included in the effing s&p 500 like so many of us have been speculating on/hoping for for the last year - plus in here. As has been said one million times, these are scheduled sales that are very routine at publicly traded companies. My father is a board member at a publicly traded company. They all do the exact same shit. You would too if you were in this situation. To do otherwise is to be willfully dumb, which you tend to not be if you’re in this position to begin with.

How about enjoy the W of the last 29 hours, realize we’re on a rocket ship, and not pay attention to the guy in the back dumping fuel so that we can go even faster. Who gives a fuck. The stock dips a bit on days of her scheduled sales. It’s not going to last forever and anyone here for such a short amount of time that the daily dips that occur when she sells don’t deserve the fruits of the patience of those of us who have held for years now and clearly don’t see this thing for what us die hards see. It also feels almost misogynistic at this point too.

Just bought 162 more shares. Not letting the pre earnings Wall Street scare get to me. The timing of the article is almost all you need to know imo. Just my two cents but I don’t see what’s changed. They have a symbiotic relationship.
