Where can I rent a sail-kayak in Scandinavia?

I'm looking for different places in Scandinavia that rent out sail-kayaks.

I've found this https://sailyak-no.webnode.page/ as the only place. Googling gives me mostly regular kayaks.

Hope someone here can point me to more places.

Thank you in advance ⛵ ⛵ ⛵

Kullaberg, Skåne Hiking - looking for tips and advice

I'd like to hike in Kullaberg for a couple of days, arriving noon day one, leaving late afternoon day 3 (will try to go weekdays, e.g. Wednesdays to Friday late afternoon), maybe renting a kayak for a couple of hours one of the days. Hoping for help to plan the trip.

Is it really crowded right now in August? Are there (similarish) alternatives in the area with less crowds?

Water, are there places where I can refill my water bottles or buy water?

Seems there's only one place where I'm allowed to pitch my tent, how's that spot?

Do I need a mosquito net to sleep in the shelters?

What to do if the shelters are full (I'll be traveling to and from on public transport, so I can't just 'drive home' if there's no place to sleep.

Any and every other advice is highly appreciated!

Tia 😊

How crowded is Kullen rn in August?

I'd like to hike (ETA: in Kullaberg Nature Reserve) for a couple of days. Maybe rent a kayak for a couple of hours one of the days.

I'm reading it's really popular to go there, and I don't like if it's crowded when I'm hiking, so what's it like? And how are weekends compared to weekdays?

Also, how's the view of the night sky?

TIA ✨

Neck stiffness, how to work with it?

Savangasana and all other postures that call for bending the neck forwards has always been difficult for me, but now, recovering from a frozen shoulder it's worse than ever - maybe 45 degrees is all I can do.

I'm ready to gently start practicing these postures again, but how?

How do I safety build flexibility in the neck?

Hip tightness, is it related?

Over the past couple of years my hip flexibility has decreased extremely, especially external rotation.

It's been developing while I've been going through perimenopause and now menopause, a really bad frozen shoulder and herniated discs in my back. Menopause has lessened my endo pains quite a bit so far. I'm aware that some connect frozen shoulder and menopause, but I'm wondering if there might be a connection to endo as well.

Both hips, but mostly the right, are also very sore and almost always also painful and the feel frozen, very similar feeling to the shoulder.

I used to be able to sit in half lotus and cobblers pose. Now I'm so restricted. I cannot crouch down, and external rotation is max 30 percent.

GP cannot explain. Endo specialist the same. PT treatment has not had effect.

I'm wondering if others have had problems with the hips similar to mine. What's your experience? Do you think it could be related to endo?

I'm not familiar with these. Who are they?

One of my marigolds has gotten these. First spotted them on the Vietnamese coriander (Persicaria odorata). What have we got here?

What have we got here?

One of my orange tegetes (marigold) have these visitors. Not familiar with them.

Harvested leaves from black salsify for the first time. I wonder if this is the right size or if they have to be harvested smaller.

My plan is to sauté them with garlic in olive oil.

The plants are really old. Sowed them many years ago and couldn't harvest them the first year. The plants are lovely and attract pests so other plants go free, so I've just never dug them up. Now I thought I'd try the leaves.

Let me hear how and when you harvest and prepare the leaves. TIA!

(Banana for scale is a smallish one 🍌😊)

Update : they were absolutely delicious! This size is perfect for sautéing 😋
