Recently bought a gift voucher for a family member, immediately got the order confirmation email, but never received the follow up email with gift voucher.

Their auto reply AI bot kept telling me to check my spam folder, which I did, but no voucher.

After a couple weeks I requested a refund due to unfulfilled order and their chat bot said in order to initiate a refund I needed to enter the voucher code lol.

Tried explaining to their customer “service” email bot that the nonexistent voucher code was the particular reason I was requesting a refund. All I got was more dead end loop gaslighting.

Still waiting to see if PayPal will reverse the transaction.

Fortunately there’s plenty of better gps mapping options out there.
