Need help with PSU cable measurements

I have a ASUS ROG Loki SFX-L 850W Platinum PSU, and it has great quality cables. The problem is the length. I had to shoehorn the cables into the case to really make it fit even with good cable management. I’m going to order some CableMod PSU cables and need recommendations for how to properly measure the length needed for each cable. What method(s) do you use for precise or decent measurements?

Just bought the Ncase T1. Any advice helps.

Switching cases from the Ncase M2 round to the Ncase FormD T1 silver. The T1 case will be arriving today and could use any helpful advice for setting up (configurations, software/hardware improvements, fan placement, additional accessories, under-volt, etc.). Here are the specs:

Currently, I have an Ncase M2 build with a Noctua NH-D12L chromax as my primary CPU cooler and am about to switch to a Ncase FormD T1. What is the best, most optimal Noctua CPU cooler for the FormD T1?
