Slash, Duff, Izzy, and Matt had a project in 2001–2002 that eventually evolved into Velvet Revolver. Velvet Revolver released “Do It For The Kids” in 2004, followed by an Izzy Stradlin song called “Bomb” with a very similar feel in 2005. Do you think both tracks originated from the same song written during the early VR sessions? At least this mashup was quite easy to create.
