I am playing on the rpcs3 emulator

I have restarted 5 times

I am talking about the small sound effect that plays when the vox logo shows before you watch the vox clip/news report. For example it plays before the clip where the Tyhrranoid is actually using a Hologuise at 7:40 in https://youtu.be/SCFKaVPnIeg

Its too small for anyone to have posted it as an OST and i cant find it anywhere isolated
