22 year old Ellis Edward Robinson was seen on March 22nd, 2013 in Pensacola, FL. I'm not sure what would have driven them to make the drive up to Atlanta. Assuming that Ellis and Justine are the same person, this would put Justine at 26 years old at the time of their death on July 24th, 2017.

His estimated height (according to his Charley Project page) was between 5'6"-5'8" and he weighed approx. 220lbs. This puts him in line with Justine, who was 5'7" and weighed approx. 228lbs. Neither have any known tattoos or scars.

So far I have found no information on whether Ellis intended to transition. Ellis was also on prescription medication at the time of his disappearance which was not found with Justine.
