The bolt doesn't screw into threaded metal inside the hook thingy, just plastic. It comes loose easily. I'll loose it someday, any better replacement for it?

Old mountain bike, no other markings other than G on the headtube and serial WOD17523G, I think it's O if not zero. Painted over with black, red and skyblue visible underneath. I couldn't figure out the maker.
