Anyone experiencing significantly higher power drain on 26.5.2?

I had my battery replaced at an Apple Store a couple of months ago so it’s showing 100% and has been working as expected (not stellar but from 6am to 11pm at a push). I have background activity and location turned off for all apps except where necessary, and haven’t installed anything new recently.

Thing is I’m getting low power warnings after about six hours since updating to 26.5.2 and are having to recharge once or twice per day all of a sudden.

Anyone in the same boat?

Anyone else looking forward to the free trial of Premium to end so you don’t have to deal with the useless AI Coach?

Not sure Google played its cards right on this one 🙄. Beyond it being a waste of time, its also a waste of space on the app homescreen; it could be put to much better use with better visuals of stats.

Used my Air for the first time today and it looks to have combined Apple Fitness/Health step data with its own — I thought it was meant to select data automatically?

I have an Apple Watch which I only wear out of the home, and wen’t for a casual 2 mile dog walk this morning. It looks like Google Health has combined the data rather than selecting it as I thought it was supposed to based on initial fitness tracker YouTube reviews.

Not a big deal as I can disable step count reading for Google Health in Apple Health but I specifically recall it to give the option to choose the data source if necessary per the reviews but can’t find it anywhere?

It thinks I’ve done over 8k steps on a less than two mile walk this morning 🙄
