I had to take a moment this morning while taking my shot.

I went through my usual Wednesday morning ritual of opening my case, and I just had to take a moment and reflect on the weight I have lost.

When I first started taking Tirzepatide, I was a bit ashamed of myself. I had dieted, exercised, tried cleanses, supplement programs, liquid diets. None of it ever worked well enough that I could stick to them. My wife had gone on Wegovy a couple years ago and we have fought with insurance to get it covered for her. They wouldn't even consider it for me though.

At first, I hid my shots from my wife because I didn't want her to think less of me. I didn't realize how supportive she was going to be. Between the two of us, we have lost 80-90 pounds. I'm still overweight, but I haven't been this weight in 18 years!

I just wanted to share this, as it gave me quite the little emotional pick-me-up leading into today.

I've been using Tirz for several months and have been looking into a few other peps. I've been researching reconstitution and vial sizes based on projected dosing, and one big question comes to mind.

When reconstituting, it seems the standard useable duration is ~28 days. Some compounded meds have BUDs of 90, 180, even 365 days. With that being said, are there any better solutions that can be used in place of BAC, that can lengthen the duration that a reconstituted pep vial can last?

My absolute least favorite part of modifying or customizing a vehicle, is choosing a wheels. After months of searching and comparing, I settled on 20x9 GM Snowflake reproduction wheels. Just enough offset without going overboard. I think I nailed it!

I'm not gonna lie, watching everyone go bonkers when ProRX and BPI got stopped, made me immediately jump into action. I'm down nearly 50lbs and I'm only 6 pounds away from the lightest I've been since High School. I didn't want to lose this progress. So after Refills botched my order, I jumped to Gimme. It's tough to throw out three months worth of payments up front (idk how people are doing 1 year subscriptions...)

I might have over-purchased a bit, as I just ran the numbers on what I have on hand or inbound. Looks like I won't be running out until March of next year!

Hopefully the prices continue to drop, and hopefully the providers add more pharmacy options... As it seems the 503As are currently not being interrupted?

How much Tirz do YOU have stockpiled? Make me feel better about what I've done (or worse... Whatever tickles your fancy)
