I just saw that subnautica 2 released and it reminded me that i used to own subnautica and a few other games on steam but they vanished from my account when i reset my password like 10 years ago but all the free games stayed. The paid games are treated like i never bought them and dont appear in my purchase history either.

I was young and (more) stupid when it happened and kind of just accepted my fate instead of reporting it to steam at the time

Is it even worth contacting steam to try and get them back and if so how would i go about it?
