Wife Had claim approved today and the effective date was for april 7th which is when we submitted. I was worried I was an idiot and messed up her ITF but I looked back and there is one for january 2026. Only thing I can think of is after submitting the claim on april 7th I submitted a new ITF on the 9th but was under impression that had no effect on the effective date of previous claim.

Edit: It was a supplemental claim.

I used friends clean pee today and everything went smooth. Temp read 96-97 on 3 thermometer strips and she bagged and labeled them all. I just have OCD and the sample cup was just a basic cup with no temp thing on it and I am worried it cooled to much between her dumping it the real sample thing.

Also can you freeze urine to last longer?

I purchased the fancy clear choice incognito belt with the fake pee and also bought the empty bottle that you can wrap around your thigh. I am taking a basic 5 panel. Date is going to be next week. I used codeine and weed 2 days ago so codeine should clear my system. Idk if the company is going to send me to a lab or have me do it at their center. Should I use clean pee even though I am a male or stick with the synthetic?
