Va login issues
Separating soon and am getting my DS login, IDme, and Login.gov in order so I don’t have to worry about not having a CAC to access documents, apply for Va healthcare etc…
Login.gov will not let me authenticate my account because it says my phone number does not match my identity, though my phone number for my account and everything else is up to date. I did have an old phone number but it’s not associated with any of these accounts. Called the help line it’s just a robot that repeats itself. Submitted a ticket never heard back sent multiple through the last couple of weeks. Has anyone had issues with this. Login.gov is important for separation so it’s pretty frustrating that this issue persists with no real way to resolve it that I know of.
It does give you an option to verify at a post office but before you can submit the form you must verify your phone number which takes you through the whole process over again lol.
