MPH grad can't get any job offers. Am I doing something wrong or is it my resume?

I know I'm slightly on the "older side" as I'm 34 but I finished my master's last year and bachelors 4 years before that. Had a bit of a "late start" in life and joined the army for 4 years before really becoming diligent and focused in school. Still, I can't imagine that my resume is THAT bad? I've been applying pretty heavily, and honestly it's been rougher than I expected. I've applied for a variety of roles, in the county, the VA, and many health systems, some of the roles include (but are NOT limited to) health system specialist (VA), research data analyst, health program analyst, clinical registry, and clinic operations supervisor positions. I've had some interviews, so I don't think my resume is a total disaster but a lot of applications go nowhere. Either I hear nothing, or I get a rejection so fast it feels like nobody actually read it, especially from the bigger health systems and universities.

My thought is that I'm either underqualified when it comes to particular job experiences, which I'm sorry but it's not like I was doing NOTHING, or I'm overqualified with education.

So what do I do? I feel stuck and can't catch a break anywhere. Also, keep in mind that I'm 34 trying to live on my own.

To draw an animal and its environment, with shading. Nothing too complex, just looking for something that looks like it took decent effort.

Lemme know if you think you can help and what some of your art looks like!
