Merida Reacto sizing
Hello everyone!
Looking for Merida Reacto owners.
I am looking into buying the new Merida Reacto. My LBS will only receive it at the end of the year but I can order it online.
My issue is I am unsure regarding the size.
The LBS suggests me a M - however most reviews I've read recommend to size down.
I was able to sit on a 2025 Reacto (which apparently has the same geometry as the new one) in size S and to test ride it in the backyard of the LBS - I think it was okay but I felt quite compact and when getting out of the saddle my knees almost hit the handlebars.
My hight is 179cm with an inseam of 82cm.
Coming from a Gravel bike - Orbea Terra M30 (2024) in size L. No issues with this one - even on longer rides. Sometimes I feel a tiny bit stretched but nothing uncomfortable. However, not sure if I can refer from the Gravel to the race geometry..
