I tired to submit a support ticket to receive a bugged GTA Online reward (NOOSE outfit).

I've tried multiple browsers and tried with multiple connection methods (WiFi, Mobile Internet, VPN On or Off) alas, it's simply impossible for me to submit a simple ticket. I also tried to copy and paste or just tried a simple hello in the description box but it just refuses to submit my request.
