AITA for jokingly flirting online with a person despite not meaning it to be romantic in any type of way
I hurt my gf [26F] and I feel she wants nothing to do with me [27M] I breached her trust by flirting jokingly with people I knew a bit from another server online who was doing it with others they stayed close so I assumed it would be okay to bring up the idea of playing games and eating something together I let my gf have access to my phone anytime and I don't hide it from her but she saw the messages and feels that it's a breach of her trust and she feels I lied about it when I didn't mean to she brought it up to me early as soon as I woke up and I had to get my words straight but I legitimately didn't mean to lie or hurt her at all and I feel terrible about it she said she wants space but what can I do to as a person to help her feel better because I don't want to lose her because I choose to do something dumb what do I rebuild that with her? I'm emotionally unintelligent to some degree I understand that but I didn't mean for it to come off in a cheating way and I wanna just know what I can do if I did mess this up
