Achane or Jeanty - which side you taking? What do yall think about these trades?

Got sent these trades. What do yall think I should do?

Trade 1: I kinda like Achane more, but I'm kinda worried about how the Dolphin's offense is gonna look without McDaniel's. He was a run game genius & how bad is it gonna hurt Achane without him? I know he'll get the volume but at his size, that's a huge durability concern too.

Trade 2: I know it's lopsided but I'm thinking about sending a counter offer. Any suggestions on a counter?

Got 1 orphan team that needs a manager in a PPR+IDP league on Sleeper. It's a free league so just for fun.

Starting rosters look like:

* RB

* WR

* TE

* Flex

* DL

* LB

* DB

* IDP Flex

With very deep benches & taxis as well.
