McCaffrey just went on the block and I was offered something similar to this to get him. Thinking about countering with this offer but am really hesitant to move off of Amon Ra in this format

Took over an orphan that was pretty disastrous. Had no 1st rounds picks this year or 2027. The best assets the team had were Loveland and Bijan. I turned Loveland into Warren and one of the 3rds and Bijan into the 1.3, 1.4, and 1.6 this year plus Jaylen Warren.
Outside of Brandon Aiyuk shenanigans, I feel like the fantasy news cycle has been empty for weeks. No new injuries popping up, no news about how certain injured players are progressing, not even a “CMC will be in a split backfield this year” by the 49ers.

This is a 14 team league, PPR, this will be year 5 coming up. Thinking I can make a package with 1.06 for this year, next year’s first + Adams for another elite WR or RB? Or do keep my depth? Would love some advice on next moves.
I’d be getting the Purdy side. Rebuilding, trying to tier down from Allen, in need of a TE + trying to move off Skattebo since I already have 2 other Giants (Dart/Nabers). Contender is mainly trying to get Tate out of this but what should it look like without the QBs in the equation?

I Feel like I am 1 good trade away for this season, but I cannot see it.
First photo is the trade and the second is my current team. I currently own Bijan and am team 1 in the trade but am a little needy at Wr. League is a 16 man 1 ppr Tep of .5. Is this a fair trade? Should I be asking for a bit more?
