I am always thinking of stuff to do and tbh I do a fairly good job too. But what always keeps me held back is not being able to execute stuff. Whenever I have an executor in my team, I am able to ship stuff out. But these days I keep finding myself fall back into the cycle of thinking planning and thinking again. I genuinely want to know if people have faced something like this as well and if yes, how were they able to manage it.
