We purchased our home in 2021 knowing this issue with our garage floor, thinking we’d eventually fix or replace the concrete down the line.

Do we think this is repairable or does a new slab of concrete need to be poured. Potential costs?

Planted some jalepenos, habaneros, and Thai chilis in April and never got them to produce (Bay Area, CA). I realized at the beginning of July that they were being watered every other day and I usually water them each morning in the summers.

Anything I can do to revive them or are they done?
