[PC?][2000's] Game with a "similar look" to The Division
Hey guys, once again I'm hit by a distant memory of a game I used to play briefly on my friends PC/console a looong time ago.
I remember the game had you looking third person down on yourself, and you had numerous other companions besides you that would engage in combat with you. The game had "modern" combat (for that era) probably somewhere around cold war. I don't recall if you could somehow control your friendly NPC's, maybe through comms.
As for the gameplay, I only remember there was a specific mission where we are on some kind of a beach, weather had very atmospheric, wintery/dark look and I believe it was snowing too, and from the beach we advance towards buildings and shoot the enemy. As far as I could remember it was one of the rare games at the time where the friendly NPC's actually did something.
