I’m supposed to close in a few business days and I was looking through the SF general information disclosure and it mentioned DBI complaints. I decided to check and I see that someone just opened a complaint this past week about unpermitted structural work. As far as I am aware this is not the case, everything on the home has been good structurally, and overall the home has excellent recent permit history. There were electricians doing some (permitted) work that day as well as a home inspector so thinking someone just decided to be obnoxious and file a complaint.

Anybody ever deal with this? Messaged my agent but just overall pretty worried, not just about the complaint but also about a busybody neighbor.
