PC refuses to cool itself down

PC refuses to cool itself down

Hello, I am still newer to these finicky, expensive, and fragile yet colorful space heaters. I have had mine for about a year or so now and it has been working perfectly fine until I moved. Ejected all media safely, no updates running, powered it down and boxed it up. No issues. Got it all set up at my new house and now it simply will not run the fans to cool itself off. Did a bit of a hardware deep dive and checked all the wiring and everything in that sense all looks good still. When I first turn the PC on the fans do spin as it checks itself over but then they turn off and never turn back on. My problem appears to be localized to just the AIO liquid cooler pump and the GPU fans. The 3 case fans and 3 liquid cooler radiator fans all work but the cooler lines only heat up if I keep trying to turn the PC back on and enough thermal transfer moves the heat up the tubes. The radiator side of both hoses stay cold which is why I dont think the pump is working.

I only get like 3 minutes MAX before the PC shuts itself off from heat. I have no clue how to check any settings or anything to see if there is a software issue or a way to force these things to run to keep itself cooled off. Or if is this a power supply issue. Hoping someone here knows whats going on and can help me get this figured out.

I was going to comment on how my wifes PC WAS running perfectly fine plugged in right next to this one until I was typing this up... now it has no display output from the motherboard or the GPU and a red light on the motherboard... but at least its not overheating I guess. Honestly feeling real tempted to just post both of these POS for sale and be done with it atp...

EDIT: wifes PC is working again. Unseated the CPU, blew on it like a Nintendo game cartridge, put that MF back in. Good as new 😂 sometimes you just gotta go back to the basics I guess 🤣
