Played deity, marathon speed Gathering Storm. Poundmaker had a big tech lead. Never developed oil despite having plenty on land and offshore and getting the GP that reveals oil early and the techs needed They build nuke subs and try to take out other civs with AT crews. They are not just peacefully civ building. Can’t find anything online or in game to explain. Did i just miss something? Any ideas?

Playing as Eleanor of Aquitaine and in research and economic alliances with neighboring civs. Does this hurt my chances of flipping their cities? Thanks…
