Hello, My wife's 2005 Escape has a strange issue. The AC doesn't get super cold, and the heating doesn't get super warm. Also the air blows stronger on the driver side than on the passenger side.

I bought a new cabin air filter thinking it was old and plugged, it was completely missing, and the FRAM one I bought was too large. I have ordered another one but the filter clearly isn't the issue.

Any help?
