5 months post-op - Snoring
Hi! So I am officially over 5 months post-op, healing mostly done, everything is going well. Sleep has been amazing. I would say that the septoplasty improved my breathing by 80%, one nostril only has a 70% airflow but still a big improvement as it was down to I would say 0~10% before.
My issues these days is that the quality of my sleep seems to me decreasing. Before septoplasty, I woke up a lot every night, did not feel really rested in the morning. Well, for the last few days, it's happening again. I am even waking up because I can hear my self snoring (never happened before the surgery). I use mouth tape everyday when I sleep now, and it was working well until now but I am not sure what is going on...
I am guessing it might that I am having a cold, or just that it's too hot where I live so it wakes me up multiple times during the night, but I am wondering if anyone can relate or whatever? Thanks!
