I'm applying the VA CHP for the 1st time. The city of my USPS address is Falls Church. However, I checked my address on google map and it is actually lies in the Fairfax County area. I know that I should go to corresponding Clerk of the Circuit Court in the city or county where I reside and Arlington Circuit Court is in charge of handling CHP application for ppl who reside in Falls Church city. So my quesiton is: which circuit court should I go to submit my application?
