DC 37 Question about Optical Voucher/Optical Reimbursement Form
I'm looking to utilize DC 37 to get myself a contact lens exam + contacts, but I have a silly question...
Is the optical direct reimbursement form THE optical voucher? I guess I just got confused by the wording on the website that suggests they are different ways to use our optical benefit.
