My face has looked like this for 3-4 years. I thought it was acne and I’ve tried so many different things to get it to clear up, but nothing has worked. I even got a facial with an “acne specialist” who recommended some products that (surprise!) weren’t at all what my skin needed!!

I finally went to a new dermatologist last week and found out it’s type 2 rosacea. I got rid of my other products and started azelaic acid and I’m so excited to finally have some direction! Here’s hoping this is the year I finally get clear skin 🤞🏼
