Many businesses here just close or take a day off without notifying its customers.

This weekend I was supposed to go to the gym to get my workout in, as soon as I park, security guy comes out and says “sorry sir out of service, gym under renovation sir”.

Never received any calls, any emails, nor the staff said anything prior to this.

I have a very busy schedule, I cannot just go any other day. Other than that, there is no compensation? I paid for my membership and I don’t get anything for it.

Now I have to wait until next weekend or more and pray it’s open.

How do you guys handle this? When I talk to the employees they just stare at me like I’m crazy or something.
